- Puis-je définir une limite au nombre de factures à télécharger ?
  Non, notre service ne limite pas le nombre de factures que vous pouvez récupérer. Vous bénéficiez d'un accès illimité, quelle que soit la période ou le volume de factures.
- Que faire si l'outil ne parvient pas à télécharger mes factures ?
  Si l'outil rencontre un problème de récupération (accès restreint, pièce jointe introuvable, etc.), vous serez automatiquement notifié. Une équipe support est également disponible pour vous assister rapidement. Vous pourrez relancer la récupération manuellement à tout moment.
- Est-ce que les données sont stockées sur un serveur sécurisé qui respecte la RGPD ?
  Oui, toutes les données sont hébergées sur des serveurs sécurisés en Europe, en conformité totale avec le Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD). Vos informations sont chiffrées et strictement confidentielles.
